shopgogorras.com is operated by Ak'kin Sports Inc, a Georgia Limited Liability Company. GoGorras was launched in December 2025 by Angel Toledo Martinez as a dedicated destination for premium caps, offering customers access to stylish, high-quality designs from trusted manufacturers and select brands.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly through shopgogorras.com.

Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality of the products we sell.

GoGorras provides a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, beginning on the date the product is delivered.

Examples of covered manufacturing defects may include:

  • Stitching failures
  • Defective hardware or closures
  • Structural defects present at the time of purchase
  • Manufacturing flaws affecting normal use

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper care
  • Damage caused by exposure to weather, moisture, or environmental conditions
  • Alterations, repairs, or modifications performed by unauthorized parties
  • Products purchased through third-party sellers or marketplaces
  • Cosmetic wear resulting from ordinary use

This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product contains a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us at shop@shopgogorras.com
  • Include your order number
  • Provide a brief description of the issue
  • Attach clear photos showing the defect

Our team will review the information provided and may request additional details if necessary.

If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product for inspection.

For products determined to be defective upon arrival, a prepaid return label may be provided.

Warranty Remedies

If, after inspection, GoGorras determines that a product is covered under this warranty, we may provide one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the same product
  • Replacement with a comparable product of equal value
  • Store credit equal to the purchase value of the defective product

Warranty claims are handled separately from standard returns. Refund options described in the  Return & Refund Policy do not apply to approved warranty claims. Approved warranty claims are resolved through replacement or store credit only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoGorras' liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

GoGorras shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product covered by this warranty.

Some states do not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
